Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for General Operatives available for an immediate start in the Chichester area! This role is ideal for anyone looking for a role to keep them busy up to Christmas time.
We're looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join our friendly team. The role involves a variety of hands-on tasks in our packhall and dispatch areas, ensuring plants are labelled, packed, and ready for delivery to customers. Candidates will need to note that the role will be working in a greenhouse environment so it can be chilly coming up to the winter months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the packhall to prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Labelling and scanning
- Moving trolleys and stock around the site safely and efficiently
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Supporting other duties as required
Requirements:
- A good team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable with physical work and working on your feet
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
Hours:
7am to 4pm - must be flexible with finish time
Pay:
£12.21 per hour
