About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Progress Coach to join an innovative college in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact from day one, enabling students to achieve their potential through the pastoral support you provide.
Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and support to students to help them succeed.
- Work closely with groups of students, coaching them throughout their learning journey.
- Lead classroom personal development sessions across multiple courses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pastoral support role, within a college or secondary school.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
- Ability to start immediately.
