We are looking for Locality Administrators
• Dealing with complex and sensitive information.
• Needing to adapt your style of communication according to need and situation.
• Having problem solving skills and be able to manage expectations and use your initiative.
• Supporting the clinical teams daily with capacity and referral management and work as a key member of the coordination team.
• Also supporting performance reporting and collection of data.

Qualifications

These are the minimum education and qualifications essential for the post.



Qualifications must be specific, eg NVQ Level 3, Registered General Nurse, etc.

Eg Certificate in ******* or Diploma in *******



Study and short courses at Masters level.

Experience

Required experience should not be identified in terms of years as this could be discriminatory in terms of age.



Experience should be detailed, eg ‘significant post registration experience in *******’ or ‘proven experience in leading and developing a team’



Eg variety of previous experience in an acute care or appropriate community setting.



A recognised teaching qualification.



Setting local standards and targets.

Special knowledge / expertise

Eg demonstrate a working knowledge of national policy drivers and quality standards relating to *******



Eg publication in appropriate journals, etc

Disposition, adjustment, attitude and commitment

Eg willingness to work unsocial hours occasionally.
