Summary
We are recruiting for Theatre Team Leaders who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This vacancy is primarily for a Band 6 in ENT, but the successful candidate will also need to have General Surgery experience, as this role will occasionally encompass both specialities.

Maintain health, safety and control of Infection in clinical work areas.
Assist and care for patients undergoing a variety of elective ENT and General Surgery procedures.
Assist and care for patients undergoing a variety of emergency procedures.
Receive, transfer and position patients for clinical procedure.
Prepare equipment/ supplies and waste is kept to a minimum.
Ability to work in any of the Theatre areas according to service needs, regardless of which theatre department they are based in, although it is anticipated that staff do permanently work in the department they are employed to be based in.
Act as clinical lead to staff at Band 6 and below and supervise staff within a specific area of responsibility.
