Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a fixed term, full time (36.25 hours per week) Business Analyst, based in Carlisle, Newcastle, or Workington with a salary of £41,462 per annum.

As our Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the redesign of our services, processes, and future ways of working. You’ll help identify requirements and inform selection of the right technologies to enhance customer & colleague experience, improve efficiency, and enable our people to focus on what really matters – our customers.
You’ll have experience ensuring best practice and consistency across all analysis activities. You’ll shape and maintain CCHA’s process architecture, facilitate workshops, manage the full requirements lifecycle, and act as a key link between stakeholders, technical teams, and partners. Supporting the development of business cases, you’ll help define clear benefits and ensure that every change delivers real value.
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,400 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association, we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs.
