Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Immigration Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Strong experience of dealing with all point-based system.
Proven Immigration experience in the areas set out below.
Able to handle/organise own workload
Multilingual preferred but not essential.
Good legal writing and drafting skills.
Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases
Experience required:
All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR
All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond.
Strong knowledge of PBS
EU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement
Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence
Salary
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
