The team and the individuals you'll support

As a Support Practitioner you'll be part of a small, friendly and dedicated team and we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same. You'll provide support to live their best life.

They enjoy a vibrant mix of active and relaxed pursuits. Their weekly routine involves gym sessions and swimming as well as cinema trips and meals out, offering opportunities for social engagement and shared enjoyment. To balance all this out though they also love lazy days at home with a passion Harry Potter.

All we'll need you to bring is:-

Confidence to lone work

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Confidence in the use of computers
For this role, we will need you to have a full UK Manual Driving Licence with one years experience on the roads.

Shift Patterns

As we are dedicated to providing support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this role will fall between 09:00 and 21:00. You will work within a structured 3-week rolling rota designed to promote fairness and a work-life balance, shifts are allocated to cover the full support window.
