Forklift Truck Drivers - Counterbalance and Reach

Beliver Area | Competitive Pay | 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am (rotating shifts) | Temporary to Permanent after 3 months | Immediate Start

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy international manufacturing and distribution site in the Beliver area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering career progression, excellent onsite facilities, and a supportive team environment.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is looking for skilled Forklift Truck Drivers with valid Counterbalance or Reach Truck licences to support high-volume warehouse and dispatch operations. The role offers immediate starts, great benefits, and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Duties:

  • Operating Counterbalance or Reach FLT trucks to move stock safely and efficiently.

  • Supporting warehouse, production, and dispatch operations.

  • Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.

  • Working as part of a fast-paced 24/7 logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.

  • Recent experience in a similar FLT role.

  • Flexible and reliable approach to shift work.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
