Are you the right person for the job?

If you have a genuine interest in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, enjoy hands-on technical work, and want to build a career in electrical manufacturing, this role could be a perfect fit.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ONC/OND/Level 2 or higher)
• Good practical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings (training provided if needed)
• A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety standards
• The right to work in the UK — unfortunately, sponsorship is not available

What will your role look like?

As a Graduate Panel Builder, you’ll be working in our Haverfordwest manufacturing workshop, assembling and wiring electrical control panels for emergency power systems.

You’ll:

• Build and wire electrical control panels and related components
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards
• Keep accurate build documentation and records
• Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
