Our well established local client is looking for a Service Coordinator to ensure work is planned for the engineers and they have access to materials and tools.
Duties include;
• Deliver excellent customer service to regional & key account customers.
• Achieve ‘turn around’ times on jobs within agreed SLAs.
• Deliver ‘first time fix’ through engineers and keep customers updated throughout a project.
• Logging and issuing call out’s and checking plant/equipment is correct.
• Book in work based on supplier delivery dates and plan engineer resource to cover high workloads, planned holidays and peak periods.
• Preparing Health and Safety documentation/Risk Method Statements
• Ensure stock is ordered and replenished in Warehouse.
• Update all records in ‘real time’ and create data reports.
The Service Coordinator role would suit a well organised customer driven candidate with intermediate IT skills. If you enjoy working in a fast paced, every changing environment, using your problem solving skills to achieve results this may well be the role for you. Previous experience in a similar role is essential in order to be considered.
