As part of our Housing Managed Contract, you’ll manage and deliver all aspects of void and responsive repairs. You’ll improve our service, enhance the customer experience, and provide good value for money.

What you’ll be doing:
• Liaising with colleagues, customers and stakeholders on all matters relating to responsive repairs and servicing activities
• Assisting in management and delivery of the void process
• Training colleagues on voids and repairs
• Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Supervising control and repair work
• General surveying and project management duties
• Improving service delivery and performance

What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge of housing legislation would be beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of the voids, allocations and lettings process
• Great communications and problem solving skills
