Summary

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician Apprentice (Level 3) to join the team, where you will play a key role in supporting research, development, and quality control activities. In this hands-on apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable experience conducting experiments, performing laboratory tests and analyses, and producing detailed reports of your findings.

This programme provides a solid foundation for a rewarding career in laboratory science, allowing you to develop a wide range of technical and analytical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will contribute to testing product quality, maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing chemical solutions, and supporting scientific investigations that drive innovation and excellence.

Summary of duties:
Test the quality of products to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
Set up and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Conduct and support scientific investigations and experiments.
Prepare chemical solutions, lab size batches of current or new formulations.
Record, compile, and interpret results of chemical and physical experiments, tests, and analyses for a variety of purposes.
Order and maintaining stock and resource.
Due to Health and Safety restrictions, you must be 18+ to apply for this role.
