About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates considering a future career in teaching, psychology, youth work, or education.
Responsibilities:
-Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
-Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
-Helping deliver engaging activities set by teachers
-Assisting with behaviour management and positive reinforcement
-Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils
-Helping create an inclusive and safe learning environment
-Providing additional support to pupils with SEN where needed
-Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Requirements:
-A degree in any subject
-A passion for education and supporting young people
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confidence working with children and young people
-A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude
-Experience with children (schools, tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.) is desirable
-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
