Summary
Participate in cross-functional training rotations (e.g. within IT, Operations, Finance, HR). Assist the Head of Department with daily tasks and strategic projects. Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making. Shadow senior managers to gain insight into leadership responsibilities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects. Present findings and progress to senior leadership. This job description is not exhaustive, and it is expected that the post holder will be flexible in their approach, and undertake any reasonable duties as requested by management.
