Position: Trade Engineer - Carpenter (Multi Skilled)
Salary: £37,778.00

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out tasks related to your primary trade skill, along with a range of associated multi-skilled duties as required.
Maintain up-to-date qualifications necessary to perform all duties in compliance with regulatory and health & safety standards. (Specific qualifications for the primary trade will be detailed separately.)
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Follow all procedures for capturing and updating job/task information accurately.
Use provided IT equipment effectively to support business objectives and manage work deployment and completion.
Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of company equipment and assets, including ordering and managing materials and van stock in line with procedures.
Support a flexible working rota between 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (if applicable).
Drive a company vehicle as required, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

Qualifications and experience:
City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications:
Advanced City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry.
CSCS card or equivalent
Competence in associated multi-skilled tasks such as tiling, plastering, plumbing and decoration.
Basic understanding of related trades
Experience:
Proven experience in domestic Carpentry Multis skills, including customer interaction
Demonstrated ability in all aspects of Carpentry, including diagnosing work-related issues
