Summary

Painter & Decorator – Social Housing (Bathrooms)

Location: Accrington
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour
Short-Term Contract – Approx. 2–3 Weeks

We’re currently looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to assist with a short-term project within social housing properties in the Accrington area. This role involves working predominantly on bathroom refurbishments, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.

The Role:

• Painting and decorating bathrooms within occupied and void social housing properties

  
  

• Preparing and finishing surfaces to a high standard (including filling, sanding, and gloss/undercoat work)

  
  

• Working efficiently to complete multiple properties within tight deadlines

  
  

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally

  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator (social housing experience preferred)

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship

    
    

  • CSCS Card (desirable but not essential)

    
    

  • Own tools and transport preferred

    
    

  • Available for an immediate start
