Role – Resource Worker (Business Development)
Location – GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, G1 1LH
Contract Status – Temporary, up to 25/02/2027

An opportunity has arisen in the Information Management & Business Change Team within Business Development function of the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) reporting to the Senior Officer and assisting with all aspects of Information Management whilst supporting the wider business change project activity. The Resource Worker provides information management advice and support across all areas and levels of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Manage access and permissions within EDRMS and SharePoint, supporting secure and efficient records management.
• Maintain and enhance business development communications, including Staff Update pages and stakeholder briefings.
• Support project delivery, including project tracking and preparation of reports.
• Administer and monitor compliance with information security and asset management requirements.
• Contribute to the data breach response process and support governance meetings.
• Carry out additional business support functions as required, adapting to changing legislative and business needs.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Experience in a business support or related environment, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and manage competing demands.
• Awareness of Council policies and procedures relevant to information and physical security.
• Qualifications, training, or experience demonstrating the ability to learn quickly and understand the importance of information management.

Desirable:
• Experience contributing to project delivery and service requests.
• Knowledge or experience in health or social care settings.
• Experience using electronic record management systems.
