What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting whole-class learning and leading small-group interventions
• Assisting with lesson preparation, phonics, numeracy, and comprehension
• Delivering targeted catch-up programmes across KS2 year groups
• Promoting pupil engagement, resilience and independent thinking
• Collaborating closely with the KS2 phase team to raise attainment

Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant For this Brent School:
• Graduate with strong academic background (2:1 or above preferred)
• Confident, proactive, and ready to support a range of learners
• Committed to full-time work from now until July
• Previous school experience or tutoring is a plus – but not essential
