Summary
Administrator / Data Coordinator required for our long established and successful property managment client based in Central Manchester
Our client specialises in helping their customers and tenants navigate the Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022, providing a range of compliance solutions relating to the maintenance of golden thread, building safety case production, amongst others.
The Role
To be responsible for providing full support to the team. This will include administrative support and health & safety compliance, in addition to consultancy duties, including liaison/communication duties with clients, leaseholders and external stakeholders. To deliver a first class and professional service in a cost- effective and timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
• Assist the team to deliver professional property consultancy and fund management duties to a variety of clients and stakeholders
• Liaison with key stakeholders to obtain essential information and highlight areas of improvement
• Assist the team to monitor, audit and assess the performance of third-party operators under their contractual obligations to our clients
• Deal with tenant queries on the phone and by email / letter
• Monitor and abide by strict deadlines relating to Consultancy and Fund Management procedures.
• When required attend remote sites to carry out periodic inspection documentation
• Assist the team to monitor, audit and assess the performance of third-party operators under their contractual obligations to our clients
• Ensure all defects are picked up and dealt with on Fire Risk Assessments and Building Inspection Reports as reported by external stakeholders
• Assist the team to ensure that all client reports are completed and sent out on time • Assist with maintenance of departmental filing and record keeping
Key Requirements
• Confident communicating via the telephone and email
• Ownership of issues and desire to push through to successful completion using all the resources available
• Interest in acquiring further relevant professional accreditation(s)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and commercial skills
• Be skilled in MS Office and otherwise IT literate
• Be able to demonstrate an open, friendly, pro-active and approachable attitude
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
