Phoenix Care Staff are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support vulnerable adults in Nursing and Residential Homes across your local area.

About the Role:
As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, helping them live comfortably and with dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering personal care and daily living support
• Supporting residents with meals and feeding
• Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling (certificate required)
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties
• Building positive and trusting relationships with residents
• Encouraging participation in daily activities
