Summary

FM Conway is seeking a Traffic Management Supervisor to join our Traffic Management division. As a Traffic Management Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading the team, overseeing the assessment, planning and mobilisation of site operations and ensuring safety and high standards are maintained. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Brome depot, in Suffolk covering operations in Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire & Cambridgeshire.

The duties of the Traffic Management Supervisor role will include:

- Supporting the Contracts Manager with the mobilisation of crews and TM operations from two depots, servicing the afore mentioned areas

- Supervising and resourcing the works programme and working within the constraints and specification of the contracts

- Ordering all plant and materials and completing all requisite supporting documentation

- Carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets

- Promoting effective team operations and dealing with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of traffic management operations, hold a valid CSCS card, Streetworks ticket and Lantra qualification. You must also be able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings and be aware and comply with the provided RAMS. You will be reliable, able to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. For this role, we require you to hold a full UK driving license.
