If this sounds like you, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Support Worker at Quarriers Clydeside Independent Living Service in Greenock.
Quarriers are currently recruiting part-time Support Workers (20–30 hours per week) to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Support Worker, you will work alongside individuals with physical or learning disabilities, empowering them to live as independently as possible in their own homes and within the community. You will help promote choice, inclusion, and personal development, while providing practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs.
You’ll be part of a compassionate, professional team that values respect, teamwork, and person-centred care.
Working pattern: This is a part-time permanent role, working 20–30 hours per week on a rota basis, which may include evenings and weekends.
What you’ll bring
A genuine passion for supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Experience in a social care or support role (desirable but not essential — full training provided).
Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends or evenings.
SVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
A caring, reliable and proactive attitude.

The service helps individuals to maintain their tenancies, develop daily living skills, access community activities, and achieve greater independence.
