The Nursery Practitioner Level 3 will be assisting and supporting the Room Leader in the day-to-day management and running of the room. This position is offering a competitive basic salary and additional wider benefits, including opportunities for future career progression.
Nursery Room Leader – Qualifications & Experience:
You must hold a minimum L3 childcare qualification.
Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to complete observations and planning
Previous experience implementing an EYFS curriculum
Be a positive role model to our children and your team
Practitioner Level 3 – Key Responsibilities
Lead planning for your key children and maintain accurate children’s records.
Assume deputy responsibilities in the absence of the room leader if required to do so.
Support, mentor and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties.
Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
