Hours: 40 hrs/week - Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm (½ hr unpaid lunch) & Fri 8:00am-2:00pm

We're looking for a Production Operative to join our clients busy Rollers Department - someone with proven manufacturing experience, a great attitude, and a passion for producing high-quality products.

️ What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacture products to precise dimensions and high-quality standards
- ⚙️ Use a range of hand-held tools and measuring equipment confidently and safely
- Check stock and materials thoroughly - report shortages or quality issues immediately
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
- ️ Communicate effectively with your supervisor about progress, issues, or delays
- Rotate between different areas of production - flexibility is key!
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
- Take part in stock counts and occasional overtime when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (essential)
- Experience using hand-held tools and measuring equipment
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform standing/lifting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player who can also work independently once trained
- ⏰ Reliable, punctual, and organised with good time management
- Flexible, adaptable, and positive "can-do" attitude
- Good numeracy, literacy, and basic IT skills
