Summary
Job Title: Company Estimator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £69,019.62 Per Annum
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, Hybrid
Location: Prospect Head Office, Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Company Estimator
To prepare detailed cost plans for proposed developments at land bid stage for both immediate and strategic sites. Liaise with technical staff to ensure abnormal costs are accurately identified and costed accordingly. Liaise with land staff to ensure all costs, standard and abnormal, are included in development appraisals when submitting land offers and negotiating abnormal cost deductions. When a site is secured ensure cost plans are updated frequently in line with plan-ning and technical changes and requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone with
• Experience in a similar house building estimating position within an established house building organisation.
• A relevant construction or surveying qualification, ideally to degree level.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and government regulations.
• High commercial acumen with the ability to work at pace.
