About the Role:

As our Older Persons Customer Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, offering specialist advice and assistance. You’ll deliver initiatives that support health, wellbeing, and independent living, and help maintain the safety and security of our customers’ homes.



Key responsibilities include:

Conducting customer assessments to identify support needs
Promoting health and wellbeing initiatives
Ensuring safeguarding concerns are actioned and escalated
Supporting tenancy sustainment and independent living
Liaising with internal teams and external agencies
Monitoring communal areas for safety and compliance
Flexible service delivery, including occasional weekends and bank holidays

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and/or experience demonstrating strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
Understanding of issues faced by older and vulnerable people
Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Empathetic, solution-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.



What you’ll get in return:

This is a permanent role working 3 hours per day (15 hours per week). Your main base will be St Martin Mews in Liverpool.




You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
