Summary
Role: Service Manager
Location: Crewe
Salary: £33,250 plus Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday

Our client, a leading provider of specialist care and supported living services, is seeking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to its Crewe site
Duties for the Service Manager:
* report safeguarding issues concerning vunerable individuals
* provide day to day leadership
* seek new opportunities for growth and development of the service
* recruit team members and ensure training needs are met
* work closely with the training team
* attend interviews for potential new care packages
* ensure risk assessments are in place
* maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience for the Service Manager:
* enhanced DBS
* strong supervisory skills
* Level II or above in Health and Social Care
* experience of working with adults with Learning difficulties
* positive and ethusiastic
* happy to undertake further training
* solid, stable work history
