About You Were looking for someone with: A sound background in electrical and mechanical systems, ideally within a healthcare or large-scale estates environment. Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults. Experience in supervising trade staff and contractors, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work on-call and across sites when required.
