About the role.
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to drive growth across our PR & Marketing Services division.
You’ll lead a talented sales team working across Mediapoint, Hydrogen, Sticky, and PA Media Assignments, representing products and
services trusted by communications professionals across the UK.
You’ll shape the sales strategy, lead on major commercial opportunities, and inspire a culture of high performance and
collaboration.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for achieving significant new business growth and embedding excellence across the
sales function of one of PA Media Group’s strategic priority areas.

What you’ll be doing.
Leading commercial growth.
* Deliver top-line revenue across the Mediapoint portfolio, achieving new business targets in line with growth plans.
* Lead high-value commercial opportunities and sector-wide partnerships.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and launch new product lines and initiatives.
* Provide regular commercial reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
* Manage and mentor a team of six sales professionals, driving motivation, accountability, and success.
* Set clear objectives and KPIs, delivering consistent coaching, performance reviews, and best practice sessions.
* Build a positive, results-driven sales culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
* Recruit and onboard new sales talent to support the division’s continued growth.
Driving excellence in sales operations.
* Oversee the development of sales pipelines and forecasting in line with quarterly and annual goals.
* Partner with Marketing to shape lead generation campaigns and drive demand across key sectors.
* Maintain high standards across CRM usage, reporting, and commercial documentation.
* Analyse performance data to identify trends and inform strategy.
Maximising account growth.
* Oversee account management across the Mediapoint portfolio to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
* Support the introduction of new high-value products to existing clients.
* Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Managing Director on budget planning and forecasting.
