* Plan and deliver lessons that excite and engage.

* Deliver lessons beyond the traditional classroom in students’ homes, community spaces such as libraries – using life skills and practical approaches to make learning engaging, memorable, and effective.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with SEN and support their individual learning goals.
