will help to drive operational excellence, embed best practice, and ensure that our services consistently meet the needs of
residents and clients. You will also support and inspire team members to empower individuals to engage positively with support

This is a site-based role that will require regular travel between Warrington/St Helens and Liverpool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead a case management approach, prioritising workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate records.
* Motivate and inspire the team through effective meetings, one-to-ones, and day-to-day support.
* Contribute actively to management meetings and service improvement initiatives.
* Manage individual and team performance using data and performance frameworks.
* Respond to crisis situations, ensuring appropriate support for staff and clients.
* Promote independent living and deliver high-quality, income-maximising services.
* Provide guidance on complex or sensitive cases.
* Attend resident and service charge meetings as required.
* Manage low-level complaints in line with Group policy.
* Safeguard vulnerable adults and children, ensuring all concerns are reported in line with policy.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant HND, Degree, or Level 3 Management qualification, or equivalent experience and training.
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above), or equivalent level of literacy and numeracy.
* Proven experience supporting older or vulnerable people within a housing or social care environment.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A demonstrable track record in assessments, support planning, and achieving measurable outcomes for clients.
* Experience in case management and effective multi-agency collaboration.
* Proven ability to manage crisis situations, minimise risk, and make sound decisions under pressure.
* Solid understanding and practical experience of safeguarding policies and procedures.
* A full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel between Extra Care schemes as required.
Interview Process:
* In-person interviews, consisting of a presentation and competency-based questions. Interviews will take place on Tuesday, 25th
November 2025.
Additional Information:
