Summary

Sales Manager – Insurance Brokers

Our client is looking for a talented Sales Manager (Or Team Leader) to lead and manage a small team of insurance brokers, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent client service within a commercial insurance broking environment.

This is a great broker based in Stockport who are just as invested in the persons skills as they are in cultural fit, it's a growing company within a very experienced and established broking group. Great leadership and plenty of opportunity for growth for the right person.

You will:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five brokers, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing support.
- Drive sales and KPI achievement, ensuring business objectives are consistently met.
- Analyse team performance data to identify development needs and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Support brokers with complex client cases and business development opportunities.
- Foster a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Your Skills:

- Proven experience managing sales teams in commercial insurance broking or financial services.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance.
- Results-driven with a focus on client service and team engagement.

The salary is very competitive £50k+ depending on experience.
