Crynodeb
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Gastroenterologist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patients on an acute Gastroenterology ward, providing support to junior team members, and offering specialty inreach to the emergency floor and other medical wards. Key responsibilities include holding the referrals bleep, overseeing email referrals on a daily basis, conducting outpatient clinics under consultant supervision, and reviewing and acting on patient results. You will also be expected to present inpatient cases at the OG/HPB cancer MDT on a weekly basis, participate in subsequent ward reviews, and have the opportunity for training in diagnostic endoscopy and UGI bleeding.
