Attend multi agency and multi- disciplinary meeting, both internally and externally, representing Healthcare and NHFT in a professional manner Autonomously assess and manage residents care in a nurse led prison healthcare environment Appropriately use the NEWS 2 assessment tool Have excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring contemporaneous healthcare records are maintained. Administer medications in accordance with NHFT and locally agreed policies and guidance Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.Utilize a wide range of communication skills, always treating residents with respect and empathy.
