Our Client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the Performance Team in delivering excellent service across the Directorate. The postholder will manage members’ enquiries, complaints and FOI requests, coordinate decision-making and recruitment processes, and assist with performance reporting and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Log, allocate and coordinate responses to members’ enquiries, complaints and FOI requests, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Liaise with officers, Members and external partners to ensure timely and effective communication.
Support the decision-making process by maintaining the DRES Forward Plan, preparing reports and ensuring governance procedures are followed.
Assist with recruitment administration, including logging, monitoring and coordinating documentation and approvals.
Collate and maintain performance data and prepare reports for management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes within the Directorate.
Essential:
You’ll be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You should be confident working with data, managing multiple priorities, and liaising with colleagues at all levels.
Experience of working in a local government or public sector environment is desirable but not essential.
Experience of Complaints and FOI requests.
