About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
Senior Care Assistant:
· Ensure the delivery of a high standard of personal care to our residents.
· Welcome and assist residents and visitors referring them to the Head of Department or Registered Nurse where necessary.
· Be accountable for the quality of the work of the team during your shift and take responsibility for maintaining and improving knowledge and skills.
· Ensure equipment and stocks are efficiently and safely stored and economically used and adequate provision is maintained.
You will help in the care of our residents and provide support to the Nursing and Care teams in delivery of care. You will act as a role model to and supervise members of the team to ensure the individual personal care needs of residents are delivered with dignity and promote independence.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
