Summary
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' learning in Years 1 and 2. You'll help create a positive, engaging classroom environment where every child can reach their full potential. The role involves supporting individuals, small groups, and the whole class as needed.
