Site Manager Renewables at Liberty
Location: County Durham | Salary: Competitive salary, plus company vehicle, fuel card & benefits

Your Role:
Lead and manage Liberty contracts to ensure quality, compliance and profitability
Own your contract area and deliver excellent service to customers
Coordinate with internal reams for smooth operations and timely project delivery
Manage subcontractors, resource and site progress to meet deadlines
Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
Support cost control and attend financial meetings
Ensure all documentation, permits and certifications are in in place
Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and regulatory bodies
Bring experience in new build design & build projects (JCT preferred)
Liaising with LABC, NHBC and local authorities for compliance
Deliver smart, customer focused solutions that make a difference
What We Need from You.
Understanding of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
Can lead and manage teams effectively
Ideally has worked in social housing and values its impact
Knows Health & Safety regulations (desirable)
Is confident with budgets, planning and performance reporting
Is skilled in using databases and Microsoft Office
Deliver excellent customer service
Works well independently and in a team
Uses initiative and problem solving skills (desirable)
Manages deadlines and resources efficiently
Is organised, flexible and reliable
Values equality and diversity
Holds a valid driving license
