Summary
This is a highly influential role where you will work with Directors, senior leaders, and national partners to shape People and OD policy and practice at both an organisational and all-Wales level. We are looking for an inspirational leader with: Masters level qualification in HR/OD (or equivalent experience). Chartered CIPD membership (Chartered Fellow desirable). Significant senior-level HR and OD leadership experience in a large, complex organisation. Proven success in workforce strategy, policy development, organisational change and transformation. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to operate effectively at Board level. A passion for staff wellbeing, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
