Summary
On Site Manager - Inverness
Our client is looking for a best-in-class On Site Manager who is comfortable in an environment where revenue, performance and targets are analysed weekly and expect the very best from customer reviews.
As the Senior Manager on site, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of that site's operations including:-
- Strict adherence to all organisational policies and legislation and committing yourself and your team to a first-class standard of service.
- Developing and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including customers, staff, local government, community representatives and the wider senior management team.
What you must have...........
- Previous management experience in hospitality or an F & B environment is a must.
- Sales oriented mindset combined with a desire to provide a fun and engaging atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
- Strong leadership qualities are a must for this role, with a proven track record in building and maintaining successful, productive and happy teams.
- Excellent communication.
- A keen attention to detail.
- General IT literacy. Ability to produce reports and analyse financials.
- Ability to work weekends is absolutely essential to the operation of the business.
