We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to lead our Planning and
Performance Team- a role central to the Council’s governance and improvement
agenda.

This key role will oversee corporate planning, performance reporting and risk
management, ensuring alignment with Welsh legislation and best practice. If you’re
passionate about public service, continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes through evidence-based decision making, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
