1 full time - £34,434 - £39,152 per annum and 1 part time (22.2 hours/week – working pattern to be agreed) £20,660 - £23,491 per annum

We are looking for knowledgeable Environmental Protection Officers to join our Environment and Community Protection team. You will be at the forefront of investigating and resolving environmental complaints, ensuring legal compliance, and improving the quality of life in our communities.
You will be an experienced professional with a strong understanding of environmental legislation and enforcement. You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, and able to manage complex investigations and sensitive issues.
We are seeking individuals who are committed to seeking a resolution based on resolving a problem holistically with a view to improving the lives of the public and helping clean up the district. With a focus on providing excellent customer care and to improving people’s lives and the local environment. By necessity you will need to be adaptable and capable of embracing change so that the service can respond positively to the many challenges facing local authorities at this time.
