We are recruiting for this Parts Advisor role on behalf of our client, and they are eager to find a motivated individual to fill this position.

Duties in our client’s dealership:
- Managing parts supply for workshops and the front counter
- Providing excellent customer service, advising on parts availability and specifications
- Communicating effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Supporting the parts department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control
- Contributing to a positive and professional dealership environment
Specification:
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Experience in parts retail or an automotive service environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- IT literate, familiar with web-based systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence holder
- Enthusiastic about developing their career in the motor trade
