Summary
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Supervise and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Medication administration & associated record keeping.
Experience
Previous experience as a Senior/Team Leader is desirable..
Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.
Familiarity with creating and managing support plans
NVQ 3 or equivalent is advantageous.
Medication administration experience.

Week day pay of £14.50 per hour and £15.50 per hour on weekends
Weekly pay on a Friday
