Summary
On-site, hybrid once trained | Full-time | £26,500-£27,000 | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
We're hiring a Planner / Scheduler to support a team of engineers working across a designated geographical area. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you'll be the key link between engineers, customers, and the front-line call team.
What you'll do:
- Plan and manage engineer diaries for optimal routing
- Book and track jobs, updating statuses in real time
- Escalate emergencies and keep customers informed
- Collaborate closely with call handlers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and job trackers
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, planning or coordination roles preferred
- Driving license and own transport ideal due to location
