Summary
Nursery Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to work with children aged 0-6 years at a Nursery school in Southport, Liverpool. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary based on experience and market standards, with flexibility for long-term, full-time, or day-to-day assignments.
Tasks
As a Nursery Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing care and support to children aged 0-6 years.
- Assisting with daily activities, including play, learning, and feeding.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children.
- Working with primary school children with special needs (preferred).
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 3 months of working experience with early years or nursery children in the UK.
- Flexibility to work between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Experience or a willingness to work with children with special needs is a strong advantage.
