Summary
Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our large, volume developer based in Guildford. A rare opportunity for somebody to progress their career in a growing company.
Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
- Involvement in pre-construction activities
- Procurement of various sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations
- Assisting in completing monthly CVRs
Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:
- Educated to HNC / Degree level
- Experience working within a developer would be preferential
- Be a driven and ambitious individual
- COINS experience is preferential
