Summary

Plater - 12 Month FTC

• Location: Motherwell

• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 35 hours per week (Day Shift)

• Pay: £17.54 per hour

We are looking for a Time-Served Plater to join our client in Motherwell. This is a Fixed Term Contract offering stability, excellent conditions, and a strong package of staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, and shape steel plates.

• Read and work from engineering drawings.

• Carry out quality inspections.

• Work alongside welders and engineers to complete projects.

Requirements

• Time-served Plater with experience in heavy fabrication/structural steel.

• Ability to interpret drawings and work to high standards.

• Basic welding skills (MMA & MIG).
