This will include the leadership of FM change projects refurbishment projects, innovation, cultural initiatives and significant change management.
- Creating and implementing a communication and engagement plan to ensure consistency of communication across our workplaces and to create connections and initiatives to keep colleagues informed, obtain feedback, address concerns and ensure confidence.
- Working closely with the H&S team and wider stakeholders to support the health and safety agenda and initiatives across sites to comply with all legislative requirements and policies to ensure a consistent and safe working environment for all colleagues and customers.
