Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering great service? As a Hospitality Food Host with ISS UK, you’ll be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients, creating exceptional experiences for everyone who visits the workplace.

You’ll bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction, helping to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment where guests and colleagues feel welcome, valued, and inspired.

The Role

Create a positive and memorable experience for guests and colleagues.

Deliver outstanding customer service and confidently handle guest queries.

Build rapport and strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.

Develop knowledge of the site, promoting food services, destinations, and activities.

Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and culture.

Act as an informed ambassador during tours and events, sharing site insights.

Support your team to ensure smooth, high-quality service at all times.

About You

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident, and approachable with a professional attitude.

A proactive team player who can also work independently.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.

Good IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office.

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
